The Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the "tamaki niimembers (hereinafter referred to as "niimembers")" service provided by Tamaki Niime (hereinafter referred to as "Company") members.

A member is an individual who has approved the entire contents of this agreement, applied for membership registration according to the procedures prescribed by the Company and approved by the Company.

The member registration procedure shall be performed by the person who wishes to register as a member according to the method designated by the Company from the member registration page of this service. Registration by proxy is not permitted at all. The Company may refuse registration or cancel a registered registration without prior notice if the person who applied for membership falls under any of the following items.

• ・When false information is included in the application for membership registration
• ・When there is a delay in the performance of payment obligations such as fees related to goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "products") or other defaults

However, even if the approval is revoked, the member will not be liable for the performance obligations under the Terms such as payment obligations already incurred by the service.

Member registration applicants shall apply for membership registration according to the method designated by the Company from the membership registration page.
Members shall be responsible for the use and management of user IDs and passwords that are set by the member himself at the time of member registration and that have been approved and registered.

There are two types of membership cards: tamaki niimembers card (hereinafter referred to as members card) and mobile membership card.

1.Members card

• (1) If you apply for a new membership at a store, one member card will be issued for each member.
• (2) The member shall self-sign in the self-signed section of the issued member card and retain the member's card.
• (3) Member's card can be used only by the person himself/herself and cannot be transferred or lent to another person.

2.Mobile membership card

• (1) Customers who have newly registered as a member from the tamaki niime online shop or who are already registered as cardmembers can use the member number and barcode displayed on the member-only site My Page as their membership card.
• (2) You can use your mobile membership card on your Smartphone.
• (3) The mobile membership card can only be used by the person himself/herself and cannot be transferred or lent to another person.

3.Password management

• (1) The member shall be responsible for the use and management of the password set by the member at the time of member registration.
• (2) Members shall not transfer, inherit, lend, disclose, or leak passwords to third parties.
• (3) The Company shall not be liable for any damages related to the management of member passwords or unauthorized use by third parties.

• (1) Members shall be granted the member benefits specified in Article 8 based on the purchase results.
• (2) The member shall present the member's card or mobile membership card at the time of purchase of the product at the store, and acknowledge in advance that if the product is purchased without showing it, the privilege may not be granted.

1. Information service

2.Member limited service

• Members are entitled to receive member-only services provided by the Company.

When using this service, the user shall not perform any of the following actions.

Payment for products purchased by this service shall be made by payment (i.e. credit card) in the name of the user, cash on delivery or payment by Amazon Pay. In the event of a dispute between the user and a third party such as the credit card company, the parties concerned will resolve the dispute and the Company shall not be considered liable.

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, and in the event that a lawsuit is required in relation to this agreement, the Kobe District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the first instance.
