#1 Inspiration and Respiration

2021 . 12 . 07

Hirameki = inspiration and the origin of this word is

apparently Kokyuu = respiration.

When I found it out, all right…
inspiration comes from respiration, I thought.

And then the words inspiration and respiration contain the word Spirit and
also it can be said that spirit = soul resides in inspiration and respiration.

Using limited body
Using limited time
We are here and live because there’s something we want to do.

Our soul remember what it was but body forgot and maybe we call that journey to find it out a LIFE .

What I’m trying to say is

There’s a soul in every respiration and inspiration, and respiration is very important to remembering with inspiration something your soul wants to do.

Are you respirating properly?

Right now, our respiration is shallow because of worry, anxiety and tension and you may have a habit of respirating through your mouth instead of your nose, or for almost two years, we have been suffering from lack of oxygen and inability to respirate adequately, which is very important, due to the mask we always wear.

If you are asked what does happiness mean to you? Off course the moment as it is such as spending time with family, when eating well, falling into sleep is happiness but I dare you to sum it up in a cool way

I would say to keep inspiring ways to make yourself and others happy, at ease, and joyful.
Oh! There’s another way! This way all of us can keep smile!!
I’m happy when I am inspired by them one after another.

How about you?

Would you like to be more aware of your respirating?
Try to send fresh air to whole of your body.
If that is done, a message from our soul comes across clearly.

I’m here and live because I want to do it.
I’m alive.
I want to I would say to keep inspiring ways to make yourself and others happy, at ease, and joyful.
Oh! There’s another way! This way all of us can keep smile!!
I’m happy when I’m inspired one after another.

How about you?

Would you like to be more aware of your respirating?
Try to send fresh air to whole of your body.
If that is done, you’ll get it clearly.
A message from our soul.

I’m here and live because I want to do it.
I’m allowed to live.
I want to catch that inspiration and continue to live!
